Bhaktraj Shree Mansinhji

Mansinhji was a native of Gadhada. Mansinhji’s life was characterized by a sense of detachment toward worldly desires, and his nature was simple, peaceful, tolerant, and joyful. His selfless activities were rooted in the welfare of others. His mind was free from enmity, innocent, and filled with broad-mindedness. His life was adorned with virtues such as humility, discernment, contentment, patience, compassion, and forgiveness. Having developed deep affection for Bhagwan Shree Swaminarayan, his heart was colored with the spirit of devotion.

While there are no specific accounts available in the history of the Sampraday, he was one of the prominent Parshads of Shreeji Maharaj. He traveled from village to village with Maharaj to spread Satsang. Due to his heroic nature and his firm conviction in the divinity of Maharaj, Maharaj also had great affection for him. By surrendering himself to Bhagwan Shree Swaminarayan and living his life according to His will, he taught many the lesson of being an ideal devotee.
