Shripatiprasadji Maharaj

Acharya Shree Shripatiprasadji Maharaj was born on Shravan Vad 1 – Samvat 1931 (August 18th, 1875), to Shree Mathuraprasadji Pande. He was a humble, calm and simple person by nature. He was interested in religion and eager to preach about satsang to santo and haribhaktos. He himself was calm and brought peace to the satsangis around him.

Shripatiprasadji Maharaj built magnificent temples in Nargol, Chandod, Jamnagar, Jetpur, Una, Mahuva, Savda, Malegaon, and many other places. In those mandirs, Bhagwan Shree Hari’s murti were installed for worship.

Shripatiprasadji Maharaj adopted his younger brother’s son, Shree Anandprasadji Maharaj, and passed the Gadi down to him after being Acharya for 22 years. On Maha Sud 6 – Samvat 1987 (February 12, 1931), Shree Shripatiprasadji Maharaj left his body and reached Akshardham.
