Param Pujya Dharma Dhurandhar 1008 Acharya Shree Ajendraprasadji Maharaj was born on Shravan Vad 7/8 – Samvat 2005 (August 16th, 1949) to Shri Narendraprasadji Maharaj. In May 1953, Ajendraprasadji Maharaj’s chaul Sanskar was done at Hanuman Gadhi in Ayodhya, where Ghanshyam Maharaj grew up. In May of 1962, Ajendraprasadji Maharaj was given his Yagnopavit Upanayan Sanskar and Gurumantra Diksha from Shree Narendraprasadji Maharaj in Vadtal.
As Bhavi Acharya, Ajendraprasadji Maharaj traveled to various places in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and even Africa to attend and conduct Katha Parayans with Acharya Maharajshri. He also graced large celebrations such as Bhagwan Swaminarayan’s Pragatya Dwishatabdi Mahotsav, Vadtal mandir’s Sardhshatabdi Mahotsav, Golokvihari Maharaj Shatabdi Mahotsav, and Gondal mandir’s Shatabdi Mahotsav.
Along with great spiritual knowedge, Acharya Shree Ajendraprasadji Maharaj got his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Master of Arts (M.A.) and Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from Sardar Patel University in Vallabh Vidyanagar. He then married the second daughter of Pandit Shreei Badrinath Shukla where she became Gadiwalashree. They have four children: Shree Ramakuvarbai, Shree Nrigendraprasadji Maharaj, Shree Urvashikuvarbai, and Shree Pushpendraprasadji Maharaj.
On May 13th, 1984 (Nrusinh Jayanti), Lalji Shree Ajendraprasadji Maharaj was enthroned as acharya of Shree Laxminarayan Dev Gadi – Vadtal by Shree Narendraprasadji Maharaj. As Acharya, he graced many functions such as the Laxmi Vadi Smruti Mandir Shatabdi Mahotsav, Shri Laxminarayan Dev Shatamrut Mahotsav at Vadtal, Shri Vasudevnarayan Shatamrut Mahotsav at Gadhada, Shree Shikshapatri Shatamrut Mahotsav, among others. Maharajshri has done vicharan in over 7000 villages, established over 300 mandirs, renovated over 400 mandirs, and initiated over 400 sadhus.
