Acharya Shree Bhagwatprasadji Maharaj was born on Aso Vad 9 – Samvat 1894 (Oct 11th, 1838). His father was Shree Badrinathji, the elder brother of Shree Raghuvirji Maharaj, and his mother was Shree Kamaladevi. He was later adopted by Acharya Shree Raghuvirji Maharaj and appointed as his successor. Bhagwatprasadji Maharaj helped the Sampraday prosper by keeping the pride and dignity of Raghuvirji Maharaj and the love of Shriji Maharaj as well as keeping the Paramahansa Sant Mandal ahead.
He was able to fulfill Raghuvirji Maharaj’s wish of building shikharbandh mandirs in Vadodara, Gondal, and Surat (which was decorated with gold ornaments). He also built a shikharbandh mandir in Bharuch. Additionally, he named and renovated Hari Mandap in Vadtal, as well as constructing the Sabha Mandap in Vadtal. He served as Acharya for 17 years. As he was childless, he adopted his nephew, Viharilalji Maharaj, who he appointed as his successor.
