1. OVERVIEW

This website is operated by LNDYM, a youth wing of Shree Swaminarayan Vadtal Gadi (SVG). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LNDYM. By visiting our site or participating in our programs, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. JURISDICTION

This format has been designed as per the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of the access or use of this website or the LNDYM donation system will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts situated at Surat, Gujarat.

3. PRIVACY & DONOR POLICY

LNDYM takes your privacy seriously. All transactions and personal information are kept highly confidential.

  • We will not share your email or phone number with outside constituents without consent.
  • We do not sell personal information to other NGOs or organizations for financial purposes.
  • Donors may request details regarding their specific contributions at any time.

4. REFUND POLICY

LNDYM follows a reliable refund policy for our donors and members:

  • Grievance Window: If an erroneous deduction occurs, please notify us within 2 days of the transaction.
  • Resolution: LNDYM will respond within 7 to 15 working days from the date of receiving the grievance.
  • Exclusions: Refunds are not possible if a tax-exemption certificate has already been issued or if the original receipt is not returned to our official address.

5. SECURITY

While we use industry-standard encryption (SSL) to protect your data and payment information, we cannot guarantee 100% security against unauthorized third parties. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
  • To infringe upon the intellectual property rights of LNDYM or SVG.
  • To upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt the Service.
